1. How do I see parking?

– Select a port or parking lot. Price will show once done.

2. How do I get to the parking lot?

– Our parking lot is very easy to find and get to. A map with custom directions can be printed from the map on the reservations page.

3. What should I bring with me to the lot?

– Please bring your printed receipt from the website reservations (put or show on mobile device).

– PayPal user, please bring your printed receipt and hand to attendant upon arrival.

4. What happens when I get to the lot?

– Our staff will assist your party with their luggage and assist you onto the shuttle.

5. When parking your car, does 241 require you to leave your keys?

– No, you do not have to leave at our POT 1222 Channelside Drive location (under construction).

– Yes, you do have to leave your vehicle keys for our POT 223 South 12th Street & 1236 Channelside Drive location.

– If you ask for additional services, key is required. (Detailing etc).

6. Does the shuttle driver assist with luggage?

– Yes, Shuttle service is included in with the price of your parking.

– Our shuttle drivers will assist with loading and unloading of all luggage.

– POT 223 S. 12th Street location no shuttle.

7. Do you have car seats and boosters on your shuttles?

– Yes, upon request we can accommodate any baby or youngster requiring a car seat or booster seat.

8. How will I know where to be picked up after my trip?

-Upon arrival claim check with phone number directly to shuttle driver is given a locations that has shuttle services. Designated pick-up location will be shown by shuttle driver prior drop-off. The phone number is for special request to assist you.

9. Is the parking lot secure?

– Yes, our 1222 Channelside Drive parking lot and cruise parking storage facility is lit, fenced, and overnight security.

10. Can I make a reservation on the day of our trip?

– Yes, we take reservations up until the cruise or flight departure.

11. What if I have to cancel my reservation?

– A reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours from your departure time. A one day charge will be assessed along with the processing fee.

12. How do I cancel a reservation?

– Go to Contact Us page to cancel.
